The petitioners seek bail in Suppi P.S. Case No.260 of 2019 registered under Sections 414, 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Both the petitioners are alleged to have been carrying 39 liters of Nepali Saufi wine on motorcycle for that the petitioners are in jail since 11.12.2019. The petitioners have remained in jail for 2 1⁄2 months.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10904 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J. IIcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No.260 of 2019.
