2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the petition, the petitioner has filed a complaint before the Superintendent of Police, Kaimur at

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.289 of 2022(5) dt.21-08-2025 2/2 Bhabhua on E-mail address of the Deputy Superintendent of Police.

Since the present petition has been filed seeking mandamus to the State-respondents without any representation or complaint and subsequently it is claimed that some communication was made with the authority, the petition was not entertainable from very beginning for not complying the basic requirements of making prayer seeking writ of mandamus. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to make fresh representation to the Superintendent of Police, Kaimur at Bhabhua and Superintendent of Police will take adequate steps to protect the life and limb of the petitioner and also provide adequate protection to the property subject to his right and claim vis-a-vis the right and claim of private respondents strictly in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present petition stands disposed of.
