2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bhore PS Case No.272 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024, instituted under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2022.

3. This application was taken up today for hearing in the first half and upon hearing the counsel for both sides order was passed granting bail to the petitioner, but in the second half after lunch recess, before the order is created/typed and signed, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed the Court that the petitioner has already been arrested by the police and this application has become infructuous on account of his arrest. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he was

As soon as, he came to know about his arrest, he has informed the Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that this application may be permitted to be withdrawn since the same become infructuous on account of the arrest of the petitioner.
