2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gardanibag P.S. Case No. 622 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

3. The petitioner is involved in a prostitution ring and his wife has become a prostitute at his instance. The petitioner was caught on the spot. He is in jail since 19.11.2024.

4. Considering the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant to bail to the petitioner.
