The petitioner is accused in connection with G.O. Excise Case No. 354 of 2017 arising out of Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017, registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.
The accusation is that petitioner and two others were apprehended by the police with five bottles each containing 750 ml and one bottle containing 375 ml Indian made foreign liquor. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 03.04.2017.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23223 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Darbhanga, in connection with G.O. Excise Case No. 354 of 2017 arising out of Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
