JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for quashing the office order dated 23.10.2011 issued by the Block Education Officer, whereby and whereunder the service of the petitioner, whose name appeared at Serial No.21 of the order, has been dismissed with effect from the date of his employment to the post along with 29 other candidates whose educational certificates in course of inquiry was found forged and fabricated.
The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application
Patna High Court CWJC No.6674 of 2014(2) dt.28-11-2017 2/2 for redressal of his grievance before the District Appellate Authority, Siwan within a period of thirty days from the date of this order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
