By the impugned order, the learned court below has allowed the prayer of the plaintiff for adducing some documents in evidence.
From the impugned order, it is transparent that the plaintiff's evidence was still going on when the prayer was made on behalf of the plaintiff to adduce some documentary evidence which were 30 years old documents. The learned court below has allowed the prayer on behalf of the plaintiff by the impugned order. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to invoke the jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
