Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No.2570 of 2000 (Trial No.2114 of 2018) in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 341, 323 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is a case of the year 2000 and petitioner has been declared absconder by the court below and still charge has not been framed, so the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, at present, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Complaint Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30814 of 2018(2) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 No.2570 of 2000 (Trial No.2114 of 2018), pending in the court of learned ACJM-III, Vaishali at Hajipur.

However, the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail after framing of the charge.
