Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380 and 457 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 02.11.2018. The FIR of the occurrence of theft is against unknown. Some stolen articles were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Digha Police

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12210 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 Station Case No. 571 of 2018, with the following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
