Learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner no. 2, as he has been already arrested.
Permission is granted.
This application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 679 of 2019, for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 341, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. So far as petitioner no. 1 is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner no. 1, since there is enmity between the parties.

Let the petitioner no. 1 above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Patna, in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 679 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
