The petitioner is accused in connection with Jai Nagar P.S. Case No. 192 of 2017 registered under Sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act and Section 37(C) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of 450 gram Ganja to the possession of the petitioner, who was apprehended by the police in drunken state.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 13.07.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17869 of 2018 (2) dt.29-03-2018 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani, in connection with Jai Nagar P.S.
