for issuance of appropriate writ or writs in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ or writs, direction or directions, order or orders commanding the Respondent/ Respondents to make payment of compensation amount against acquisition of land of petitioner which was acquired due to widening/broadening of National Highway 30 (Patna - Buxar N.H.-30) vide land acquisition case no. 58/2012-13 in accordance with present prevailing rule with updated interest over the land acquisition

Patna High Court CWJC No.3808 of 2016(2) dt.15-07-2025 2/2 compensation amount till the actual date of payment of the land acquisition compensation amount.
