Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court on the ground of recovery of stolen motorcycle but the petitioner is in jail custody since 01.04.2016 and up till now, charge could not be framed against him as it would appear from the report dated 6.7.2017 sent by learned trial court.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as above stated facts, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri L.N. Tripathi, Judicial Magistrate, I st Class, Rosera District Samastipur in Rosera P.S. Case no. 65/2016.
