Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 326, 307, 323, 379, 427 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2016. Allegation is that the petitioner had given a blow with a Tanga causing injury and death of Arbind Kumar. Submission is that in the past prayer for bail was refused vide order at Annexure-1 series, however, the trial has not concluded as yet.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner and undertaking that he will fully cooperate with the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15714 of 2020(3) dt.21-06-2021 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.T.No.664 of 2016, Panapur Police Station Case No.48 of 2014 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
