2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chanpatiya (Kumarbagh O.P.) P.S. Case No. 57 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is the husband of the victim. In the FIR, the allegations are levelled against the other family members i.e., the mother-in-law, father-in-law etc. but not against the petitioner who is staying in Ludhiana for earning his livelihood.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, District-West Champaran in connection with Chanpatiya (Kumarbagh O.P.)
