Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 447, 448, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner no. 1 Chhota Yadav bears general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault with other accused persons. Specific allegation is against petitioner no. 2 Bikai Yadav that he caused injury with gandasa at the hand of the informant. Petitioners are in custody since 17.11.2018.
