JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S.Case No. 01 of 2012 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 324 and 504 of the Indian penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner to shot in the stomach of the nephew of the informant from close range causing injury so, the prayer of bail of the petitioner at present is rejected. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within one year. If trial is not concluded within stipulated period, petitioner may renew his prayer of bail, if so advised. (Arun Kumar, J) Sujit/- U
