JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 01-08-2023 The petitioner is aggrieved that his vehicle (Bolero) was used by the Chairman, Zila Parishad, Sitamarhi between 1.10.2012 to 29.6.2016 but the entire amount has not been cleared by the respondent no.3, the Deputy Development Commissioner Cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Sitamarhi and only an amount of Rs. 85,500/- has been released. It would be appropriate for the respondent Deputy Development Commissioner-Cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Sitamarhi to look into the matter and pass necessary order which according to the petitioner has not been done nor he has been provided any chart to show the reasoning behind such

Patna High Court CWJC No.4170 of 2020(2) dt.01-08-2023 2/2 an amount being cleared.

If the petitioner files the representation within a period of four weeks, the same shall be decided by the respondent Deputy Development Commissioner-Cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Sitamarhi within next three months.

The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid observation.
