====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 07-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 219 of 2020 lodged under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the version of the informant, he was going from Vaishali to Bhagwanpur in the meantime two accused persons sitting on motorcycle and looted golden chain and purse on gun point. They have also snatched the informant's key of the motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student, nothing has been recovered from his possession and no TIP has been made till date. Petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2021 by way of making remand from different case. He further submits that there are 5 criminal cases pending against him but he is on bail in all the 5 cases, he also submits that

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case that petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2021, charge sheet has already been filed and petitioner is ready to appear on each and every date before the trial court, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Hajipur at Vaishali in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 219 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

The petitioner is directed to appear on each and every date before the Trial Court, in case of non-appearance for two consecutive dates, shall resulted into cancellation of his bail bond. If he shall involve in such type of activities again, the prosecution shall be at liberty to move for cancellation of his bail bond. Accordingly, the bail application stands allowed.
