JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 24-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 60 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section-30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It has been submitted that total 20 bottles of Nepali liquor containing 300 ml. each. Have been recovered from possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 1003-2017. Keeping in view the period of custody of the petitioner, the prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 60 of 2017 to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24301 of 2017 (2) dt.24-05-2017 2/2 satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
