The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nawhatta P.S. Case No 12 of 2019 Registered for the offences under sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have illicit relation with the husband of the victim.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion that she had illicit relation with the husband of the deceased. Petitioner is co-villager of the husband of the deceased. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13038 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Dehri-onSone, Rohtas in connection with Nawhatta P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
