The present modification application is filed for modification of the order dated 31.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.54183 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typing mistake, the name of the father of the petitioner was typed as "Surendra Sharma" instead of "Sunderdeo Sharma" in the cause title of the bail petition.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20345 of 2022(2) dt.20-04-2022 2/2 Let it be read as father's name of the petitioner "Sunderdeo Sharma" in place of "Surendra Sharma". Accordingly, the order dated 31.01.2022 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
