Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to a Supreme Court order in Civil Appeal No. 9093 of 2013 (Dr. Subramanian Swamy Vs. Election Commission of India) decided on 08th of October, 2013, wherein certain directions have been issued for such Voter Verifiable Paper Audit Trail system.

Since there is already a direction of the Hon'ble

Patna High Court CWJC No.4508 of 2015 dt.30-11-2016 2/2 Supreme Court, no further orders are called for in the present writ application.
