Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under section 376 IPC and 3, 4, 5 & 6 of the Immoral Trafficking Act.

Allegations in the FIR are supported by the statement of the victim under section 164 Cr. P. C. statement. It is alleged that the petitioner forced the victim to indulge in immoral trafficking. Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon some discrepancies in the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C.

Considering the gravity of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Madhuresh Prasad, J) Shashi.
