JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 23-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Mahua P.S. Case No. 71 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 24.3.2017. He is not the family members of the husband of the deceased. He has been made accused merely on suspicion.

From the written report it appears that there is no any allegation of specific overt act against this petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation against him.

In such circumstances, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on
