This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 30(a), 30(c), 38(i), 38(ii) and 41(i) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Liquor was allegedly recovered from other co-accused and in their confessional statement, name of the petitioner transpired that he was also a business partner. Petitioner has stated that he has got no criminal antecedent.
