Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 307, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b) a, 26,27 and 35 of Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of hiding the pistol.

Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2017.

Submission is that the recovery was not from the possession of the petitioner rather from the possession of co-accused Ravi Ranjan.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5328 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Patrakar Nagar Police Station Case No.650 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
