2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2)/115(2)/118/303(2)/117(2)/352/351(2)/3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant namely, kalawati Devi alleged that on 27.10.2024 at about 07:00 a.m. while she was cleaning inside her house, in the meantime, all the F.I.R. named accused persons arrived armed with weapons and started assaulting her. It is alleged this petitioner attacked with a Farsa causing head injury. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of injury, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13219 of 2025(3) dt.10-07-2025 2/2 before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan, in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 355/2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS.
