The petitioner, who is in custody since 03.07.2019, seeks bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 720 of 2019 dated 15.06.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that the implication of the petitioner in this case is on the basis of confession of co-accused and that in one other case lodged against the petitioner in the past, he is on bail, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
