The petitioners are accused in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 151 of 2016, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 302, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that, on 26.04.2011, 12 persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioners variously armed with weapons reached at the house of the informant. At that time, accused Bipin Kumar gave Dabia blow at the head of Tetar Sah, father of the informant. In the meantime, all accused persons named in the F.I.R. looted the household articles from the house of

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while petitioners are named in the F.I.R. along with ten others but the specific allegation is against co-accused, Bipin Kumar, to give Dabia blow at the head of the father of the informant. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 10.02.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 151 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
