Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners, who are matrimonial relative of the deceased, are suspected to have committed murder of the deceased who was nephew of the informant. No reason for suspicion is disclosed in the FIR.
Considering the fact that only material is suspicion, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13495 of 2018 (2) dt.09-03-2018 2/2 with Sessions Trial No. 727 of 2017 arising out of Kauakol Police Station Case No. 81 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
