Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the ground mentioned by me in my previous order dated 19.9.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no 35827/2016 and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 223 of 2016 arising out of Chandan (Anandpur) P.S. Case no. 33/2016 pending in the court of Adhoc. Addl. Sessions Judge I, Banka stands rejected. However, trial is directed to expedite trial of the petitioner and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably, within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his payer for bail before the court below itself.
