Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR was lodged on recovery of dead body of the mother of the informant from the field side. Petitioner is under suspicion to have committed murder for land dispute. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
