The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Pakribarawan (Dhamaul) P.S. Case No.232 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 523, 341, 307 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Considering that co-accused Natha Manjhi, Manoj Choudhary, Mithun Choudhary, Sanjay Ravidas, Farika Das @ Fakira Mochi, Ramdeo Choudhary and Lakhan Manjhi have been granted bail vide order dated 11.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.79089 of 2019 and co-accused Nanhku Manjhi, Jugal Manjhi, Shobha Manjhi, Bedamiya Devi @ Bedma Devi, Pardesi Manjhi, Suraj Kumar, Brijesh Manjhi, and Bachhi Devi

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23480 of 2021(2) dt.27-05-2021 2/3 have been granted pre-arrest bail vide order dated 17.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.77763 of 2019 by different Benches of this Court and the case of the petitioner stands on identical footing, he is directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Nawada in connection with Pakribarawan (Dhamaul) P.S. Case No.232 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 4.

Since the court proceedings are being conducted through virtual mode and normal court functioning has not been restored till date, it is considered appropriate to adopt the following procedure for communication of the present order:- (i) The order, which has been dictated during the course of proceeding of the virtual court, shall be communicated to me electronically by the Joint Registrar-cum-Addl. PPS.

(ii) The corrected copy of the order shall be transmitted by me to the Joint Registrar-cum-Addl. PPS electronically, which shall be treated to be an authentic copy of the order passed by this Court in

(iii) Hard copy of the order duly signed by me shall be preserved in my residential office for documentation and future use, if any.

(iv) Let steps be taken by the Joint Registrar-cum-Addl. PPS/registry for up-loading of the present order without compromising with the norms of social distancing.
