The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 202 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was added after one month. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that it is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail as there was direction of this court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 59342 of 2017 disposed of on 16.01.2018, that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completing six month of judicial custody. Petitioner has completed six months of judicial custody and till date the trial of the petitioner has not been concluded and no TIP has been held. Petitioner has got no

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 202 of 2017.
