JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-03-2021 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 01.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5552 of 2020 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submits that due to COVID-19, the petitioner could not arrange two bailors and the sureties and as such, the present modification application has been filed for extending the period of surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the last paragraph of the order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18448 of 2021(2) dt.17-03-2021 2/2 01.07.2020, instead of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Jhanjharpur, the same has inadvertently been typed as Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Madhubani.

Considering the reasons assigned in the modification application, the same is allowed. The order dated 01.07.2020 is modified to the extent that petitioner shall surrender before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Jhanjharpur within a period of 15 days from the date of production/communication of a copy of this order. The order dated 01.07.2020 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The modification application stands allowed.
