The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 176 of 2020 registered under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is specific allegation against co-accused Manish Kumar. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23803 of 2021(2) dt.03-02-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-III, Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 176 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
