Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the Office, within a period of four weeks after restoration of normalcy.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63478 of 2018 by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 79/2018 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan and the petitioners were directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of six weeks.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22025 of 2021(2) dt.14-07-2021 2/2 The present application is filed for extension of time for surrender of the petitioners and furnishing bail bonds. The present application has been preferred after a period of more than two years and as such, I find no reason for modification of the order dated 11.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63478/2018 filed for extension of time. The application stands dismissed.

If the petitioners surrender in the Court below and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by the present order. (Sudhir Singh, J) Pankaj/- U T
