JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 7.10.2017, seeks bail in Sheikhpura (Kushumbha O.P.) PS Case No. 354 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the informant's daughter was married 12 years back with brother of the petitioner and it is alleged that due to non fulfillment of further demand of dowry she was killed.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage was solemnised 12 years back with the petitioner's brother, there are three children out of the wed lock and the deceased committed suicide due to quarrel which took place between husband and wife. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ram Babu @ Babulal @ Ajit Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura (Kusumbha O.P) PS Case No. 354 of 2017.
