2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition for the following reliefs:

(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents authorities for payment of adequate compensation to the petitioner along with reasonable rate of interest for the petitioner's khatiyani land bearing Mauza Papraur, Thana No. 509, Khesra No. 211, Pargana Malki, Thana Teghara, District Begusarai, which has been acquired by the respondents authorities under Land Acquisition Act for establishment of Industrial Development Centre.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for grant of any other relief or reliefs which may be deemed fit and proper in the fact and circumstances of the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application dated 20.03.2024 (Annexure P/5) before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Begusarai (respondent no. 4) but the said application has not been disposed of by the Authority till date. He further submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the District Land Acquisition Officer, Begusarai (respondent no. 4) for redressal of his grievance as stated in the application.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the parties, this case is disposed of with the direction to the District Land Acquisition Officer, Begusarai (respondent no. 4) to dispose of the aforesaid application expeditiously in accordance with law.
