2. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of IPC .

3. As per F.I.R. informant alleged that when informant was traveling from Bhatni to Tata Nagar in train, 4 accused came with weapons and snatched mobile phones and Rs. 8000/- in cash from passengers and got off.

4. On perusal of record, it appears that looted mobile was recovered from house of this petitioner and on perusal of para Nos. 27, 28, 31 and 52 of the case diary, witnesses have supported the prosecution case .

5 . Considering the fact that looted articles were

No.12280 of 2026(3) dt.13-05-2026 2/2 recovered from house of this petitioner, materials available on record and other circumstances of case, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is rejected.
