2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be given to the petitioner to file fresh

Patna High Court CWJC No.5342 of 2020(2) dt.30-10-2023 2/2 application before the competent authority for redressal of his grievance raised in the present writ petition.

3. In view of nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner file an application before the competent authority within a period of six weeks from today.

4. In the event, such application is filed by the petitioner within the said stipulated period, it is expected that the competent authority shall pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the application.

5. It goes without saying that if any question of limitation arises before the competent authority, the same shall be considered taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner was pursuing the issue before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

6. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
