The Petitioner seeks bail in Sirdala P.S. Case No. 58 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that no recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in jail since, 23.03.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent.
