The petitioner seeks bail in Gagari P.S. Case No.437 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

About 12 liters of country made liquor made of Mahua is said to have been recovered from the tea stall of the petitioner and for that petitioner is in jail since 22.12.2019. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge(Excise), Khagaria in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No.437 of 2019.
