JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-02-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53950 of 2015. The petitioners confine their prayer to the extent of extending the period of surrender.
On the ground mentioned in the modification application, let the period of surrender be extended by two weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 219 of 2014 pending in the court of learned JM, 1st Class, Araria.
The aforesaid order stands modified to the extent as indicated.
