Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that initially the petitioner was appointed to the post of Panchayat Sahayak on 10.02.1981 and he retired from his services on 28.02.2022 thereby, he completed more than 41 years of services. However, during his entire service period he only got the benefit of 1st and 2nd A.C.P. Considering the service period of the petitioner he is also entitled to get benefit of 3rd and 4th A.C.P., he further submit that during his service period in the year of 1989, 1999, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2016 his payment for some months has also not been provided

He lastly submit that raising all his demands he already made a representation before the respondent authorities through Annexure-P/2 and P/3 dated 10.01.2024 but, no decision has been taken by the concerned respondent yet. Therefore, this petition may be disposed of, directing the respondent to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner within any specific time fixed by this Court.

3. The above prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the counsel for the respondentState. However, he submit that the petitioner may be directed to make a fresh detailed representation raising all ground for his claim then, it will be decided by the concerned authority.

4. On the basis of submissions made by the counsel appearing for both the parties, the petition is disposed of, petitioner is directed to make a fresh application before the concerned respondent within one month from today raising all ground which he raised in this writ petition and the ground on the basis of which he is claiming for getting benefit of 3rd and 4th A.C.P as well as the other dues, and in turn, the concerned respondent is also directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with relevant rules and laws and pass a reasoned order probably within 60 days from the submission of such

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
