2. The present application has been preferred for initiating contempt proceeding against the Opp. Parties for willful and deliberate violation of the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 11.07.2023 in CWJC. No. 19284 of 2017 passed by this Court.

3. A show cause has come on behalf of the Municipal Commissioner, Munger Municipal Corporation and the reasons

Patna High Court MJC No.648 of 2025(5) dt.18-03-2026 2/2 have been given to deny the license at the present place and it has been further undertaken that if in future, a proper application in-lined with the guidelines issued by the Courts/ NGT is/are provided, the same shall be considered.

4. Accepting the said version of the Municipal Corporation and allowing the petitioner, if he so wants, to agitate the matter, MJC No. 648 of 2025 is disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) Vijay Singh/- U
