The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 384 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant purchased 4141 Square Feet land from the petitioner on 20.07.2010. After mutation of his name he erected boundary wall. The petitioner after some time demolished the boundary wall of the informant in order to amalgamate the land of the informant with his own land.

Subsequently, he demanded Rs.

5,00,000/-as extortion.

Due to demolition of boundary wall the informant caused loss of Rs.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that maliciously four with similar accusation cases have been lodged by several persons at the behest of an Advocate of Bhagalpur who is inimical terms with the petitioner. Though the petitioner is on bail in other cases.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Habibpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Bhagalpur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
