The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahpur (Karnamepur O.P) P.S. Case No. 06 of 2023 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Further he submits that petitioner is neither owner of the seized vehicle nor driver of the said vehicle. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14115 of 2023(3) dt.19-05-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No. II, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sahpur (Karnamepur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 06 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) shailendra/- U T
