2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 506 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 80(2), 61(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 22.04.2025, the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with the petitioner and after some time of the marriage, all the accused persons including the petitioner started torturing her mentally and physically for non-fulfillment of the demand of Rs. 2,00,000/- as dowry. It has further been alleged that on 09.09.2025, the petitioner and his family members have

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that, after thorough investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted under Sections 80(2) and 108 of the BNS. It has further been submitted that, during the course of the trial, the informant and his wife were examined, and they did not support the prosecution case. The relevant evidence has been brought on record through a supplementary affidavit. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner has got clean criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.09.2025.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Heard the parties and perused the record.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above-named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Kishanganj, in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 506 of 2025.
